These Terms of Service apply when you use the San Diego Party Ride website or request transportation through it. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information.

Quote requests and reservations

Submitting a form, calling, emailing, or chatting with us requests information or a quote. It does not by itself create a reservation. A reservation is confirmed only after the trip details, vehicle, price, and applicable payment terms are accepted and confirmation is provided.

Accurate trip information

Please provide accurate contact information, passenger count, date, pickup time and location, destination, stops, luggage needs, accessibility needs, and other details that could affect the trip. Changes may affect availability, vehicle selection, timing, or price.

Vehicles, photos, and features

Website photos and descriptions help illustrate available vehicle types. Appearance, configuration, capacity, and features may vary. Availability and the details confirmed for your reservation control.

Reservation-specific terms

A 50% deposit reserves a vehicle and date, with the balance due before the trip; reservations made less than seven days before the trip are paid in full at booking. Cancellation, refund, overtime, damage, cleanup, and other trip-specific terms are provided with your written quote before the reservation is confirmed. Review those details carefully and ask questions before accepting them.

Passenger conduct and safety

Passengers must follow applicable laws, respect the vehicle and driver, and follow reasonable safety instructions. Illegal, unsafe, threatening, or damaging conduct is not permitted.

Calls, texts, and email

If you submit the quote form and provide the required consent, San Diego Party Ride may call or text the number you provide about that inquiry, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out of texts. Promotional messages require the separate optional choice shown on the form.
