Information you provide

When you request a quote or contact us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, event or trip date, pickup time and location, destination or itinerary, passenger count, event type, vehicle preference, and optional notes. The form also records whether you agreed to service-related communications and whether you separately chose to receive promotional messages.

Technical information and website tools

Like most websites, our hosting and security systems may receive basic technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, dates, and times. The site also uses:

• Supabase to receive and store quote requests.
• Cloudflare to host, deliver, protect, and operate the website.
• LiveChat to provide the live-chat feature. LiveChat may use cookies or similar storage needed to operate the conversation.
• Google Analytics to measure aggregate website traffic, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. Google may set cookies or similar identifiers to do this. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Poll participation data to remember your choices and add them to live totals. A random browser identifier is stored on your device, and only a one-way hash of that identifier is saved with each vote. Polls do not collect your name, email address, phone number or raw IP address.

We do not use advertising pixels or sell analytics data. If our tools or practices materially change, this policy will be updated.

How we use information

We use information to respond to quote requests, communicate about requested transportation, help arrange or fulfill service, operate and protect the website, prevent spam or misuse, maintain records, and comply with applicable obligations. Promotional communications are sent only when you separately choose that option.

When information may be shared

Trip details may be shared with a transportation affiliate only when needed to respond to or fulfill your requested transportation. Technology providers such as Supabase, Cloudflare, LiveChat, and Google Analytics may process information on our behalf to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety.

We do not sell personal information, provide it to unrelated companies for their own marketing, or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long information is kept

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to requests, maintaining business and communication records, preventing fraud or misuse, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention may vary according to the type of record and whether a reservation is completed.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing info@sandiegopartyride.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when legally permitted or required.

You can opt out of promotional email by using the unsubscribe method provided. For text messages, reply STOP. You may also contact us directly to update your communication preferences.

Browser privacy signals

Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, Global Privacy Control and browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change those practices. Technology providers may still process information needed to deliver, secure, or operate their services.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults arranging transportation and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
