How many people fit in a party bus?+
Our San Diego party buses seat 10 to 45 passengers. Limo Sprinters cover 10 to 14, standard party buses run 16 to 30, and the largest party buses seat 32 to 45. The median group we hear from is 15 people, so a 16- to 20-passenger bus is the most common fit.
How long do most groups rent a party bus?+
Four hours. Among San Diego trip requests that included a trip length, 73% asked for four hours and about one in four asked for five hours or more. A dinner-plus-nightlife plan or a Temecula wine tour usually needs six hours or more.
Party bus, limo or Sprinter: which should a group of 15 choose?+
A 16- to 20-passenger party bus gives 15 people room to move and a built-in bar area. A 16- or 18-passenger stretch limo is the formal choice for weddings and proms. A 14-passenger executive Sprinter fits 15 only if two people can sit up front, so it suits smaller business groups best.

Yes. Every fleet page shows the exterior and interior of the actual vehicle, and each capacity and amenity list was confirmed by the owner rather than copied from a template.
What amenities come with a party bus or limo?+
Every vehicle has climate control and a Bluetooth-ready sound system. Party buses and limousines add LED lighting and a built-in wet bar or cooler area. TVs, USB power, luggage space, Wi-Fi, reclining seats and restrooms are available only on select Sprinters and coaches.
What size vehicle should I choose?+
Start with the passenger count, then add luggage, comfort and how long the group will be onboard. We offer 8 to 56 passengers across party buses, limousines, Sprinters, shuttles and coach buses and can recommend a comfortable fit.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in San Diego?+
The median San Diego inquiry arrives 31 days before the event, and about one in four arrives within two weeks. Weddings tend to book about two months out, bachelorette trips around seven weeks, and proms and concerts two to three weeks ahead. Earlier gives you the widest vehicle choice for Fridays and Saturdays.
Can we bring beverages on the party bus?+
Policies depend on the vehicle, passenger ages and the trip. Tell us what you have planned and the ages in the group, and the beverage rule for your vehicle is written into your quote.
