Day and season
Friday and Saturday evenings are 80% of dated requests and price highest, along with prom season, holidays and major San Diego event weekends.
Reserved hours

Deposits and payment
How paying for the ride works.
A 50% deposit reserves your vehicle and date, and the balance is due before the trip. When the event is less than seven days away, the full amount is due at booking. Your written quote lists reserved hours, the route and any extras as separate lines so nothing is hidden inside the hourly rate.

How much does a party bus cost in San Diego?+
Most San Diego party buses run $150 to $300 per hour for 10 to 24 passengers and $250 to $450 per hour for 26 to 45 passengers, with weekends at the top of each range. A typical four-hour Saturday night for 15 to 20 people lands between $900 and $1,400. Your written quote is the exact number for your date, hours and route.
How much does a limo cost in San Diego?+
Chrysler 300 stretch limos for 10 to 12 passengers run about $150 to $300 per hour. SUV stretch limos such as the Navigator, Excursion and Escalade run $175 to $350, and the 20 to 22 passenger H2 Hummer runs $195 to $400 per hour depending on the day.
Is there a minimum number of hours?+
Four hours is the standard minimum for evening and weekend trips. Prom Saturdays in March through May carry a six-hour minimum. Sunday through Thursday daytime trips can often be booked for three hours, and airport or one-way transfers are quoted as a flat rate instead of hourly.

Why are Friday and Saturday more expensive?+
About 80% of dated San Diego inquiries are for a Friday or Saturday, so those evenings sell out first and price at the top of each range. Sunday through Thursday, daytime trips and off-season dates give you the low end of the range and the widest vehicle choice.
How can I lower the price?+
Choose a weekday or daytime slot, book the size that fits your count instead of the next size up, keep the route in one part of town, and book early. The median San Diego inquiry arrives 31 days ahead; groups that book earlier see more vehicles available at the lower end.
Do you charge per person?+
No. Quotes are per vehicle, so the per-person cost drops as you fill the seats. A $1,200 four-hour party bus is $60 a person for 20 riders and $80 for 15.
