Welcome to San Diego Party Ride. By accessing or using our website (sandiegopartyride.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Overview

San Diego Party Ride provides party bus, limousine, sprinter, and coach bus rental services throughout San Diego County and surrounding areas. We connect customers with professional, licensed transportation providers. All services are subject to vehicle availability and scheduling.

Booking and Reservations

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total rental cost) is required to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance is due 7 to 14 days before your event date.
• Reservations made within 7 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.
• All quotes provided are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
• Reservation confirmation is sent via email and constitutes a binding agreement.

Pricing and Payment

• All pricing is all-inclusive, covering the vehicle, professional chauffeur, fuel, commercial insurance, applicable taxes, and gratuity.
• There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
• Overtime beyond your reserved hours is billed at the hourly rate specified in your rental agreement.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
• Prices may vary based on vehicle type, date, duration, and seasonal demand.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable (full amount forfeited).
• Special event dates (prom season, New Year's Eve, holidays) are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees depending on the new date and vehicle availability.

Minimum Rental Requirements

• Friday and Saturday evenings: 4-hour minimum.
• Non-prime days (Sunday through Thursday): 3-hour minimum may be available.
• Prom-season Saturdays (March through May): 6-hour minimum.
• Special events and holidays may have different minimums.

Passenger Conduct

By booking with us, you and your guests agree to the following:

• No smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco products inside any vehicle.
• No food is permitted on the vehicle. Your driver will make stops for meals.
• Guests may bring their own sealed beverages. Plastic cups are recommended; glass containers are discouraged.
• Underage drinking is strictly prohibited. If minors are present and alcohol is available, a parent or legal guardian must be on board at all times.
• No illegal substances or activities are permitted.
• Guests must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.
• The driver has the authority to end the trip if safety rules are violated.

Liability and Damages

• The client who signs the rental agreement assumes financial responsibility for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
• Damage includes but is not limited to stains, burns, broken fixtures, or excessive cleaning requirements.
• A damage assessment will be conducted before and after each rental. Any damage will be documented and billed accordingly.
• San Diego Party Ride is not liable for personal belongings left on the vehicle.

Vehicle Breakdown or Service Failure

• In the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown, we will dispatch a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.
• If a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.
• San Diego Party Ride is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Third-Party Providers

San Diego Party Ride operates through a network of affiliated, licensed, and insured transportation providers. All partner companies are vetted for quality, safety, and professionalism. The specific vehicle and operator assigned to your event will be confirmed prior to your reservation date.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of San Diego Party Ride and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
